This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to everyone who uses Tagged. By using the Service you agree not to engage in any of the conduct described below. Use is restricted to adults 18 and older. We may restrict access that violates this policy, subject to applicable law.

Prohibited conduct

• Violating any applicable law, including wildlife, hunting, firearms, trespass, or anti-poaching laws.
• Using the Service to plan, coordinate, document, or facilitate poaching, illegal take, baiting where prohibited, trespass, or other unlawful activity.
• Uploading content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, harassing, hateful, sexually exploitative, or that depicts cruelty beyond lawful and ethical hunting.
• Attempting to access another user's account or data, or any part of the Service you are not authorized to use.
• Reverse engineering, scraping, or copying the Service beyond what these policies allow.
• Interfering with the Service, including by sending malware, overloading infrastructure, or bypassing rate limits or security controls.
• Using the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications.
• Misrepresenting your identity or impersonating any person or entity.
