TAGGED™

Hunting Disclaimer

Last updated: October 29, 2026

Tagged is an independent tool built to help hunters organize their applications and points. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated on behalf of any state wildlife or fish and game agency, and it does not issue licenses, tags, or permits.

You are responsible for verifying regulations

Hunting regulations, application windows, draw dates, season dates, license fees, point structures, and unit boundaries change frequently and vary by state, species, weapon, residency status, and year. The information shown in the Service is provided for personal organization only and may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect — including dates and points you entered yourself.

Before you apply for any hunt, purchase any license, or take any animal, you must verify every relevant rule, deadline, and requirement directly with the applicable state wildlife agency.

No legal or regulatory advice

Nothing in the Service constitutes legal, regulatory, or wildlife-management advice. If you are unsure whether an activity is lawful, consult the agency that issued the relevant regulation or a qualified attorney before proceeding.

Reminders are best-effort

The current development workspace shows dates in the app but does not send email or text reminders. If activated later, messages will depend on your verified dates, explicit consent, and delivery providers; they may be delayed, undelivered, or filtered. Do not rely on Tagged as your sole source of deadline awareness.

Safety and ethics

Hunt safely and ethically. Follow firearm and archery safety rules, fair-chase principles, and the laws of the land you hunt. Respect private landowners, other hunters, and the resource.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tagged is not liable for missed deadlines, lost draw opportunities, denied licenses, citations, fines, or any other loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. See our Terms of Service for full details.
