Atlas Growth Labs LLC operates Tagged. This notice describes how your account and planner information are handled and distinguishes them from planned notification processing.
No customer tracking
We do not implement browsing analytics, advertising pixels, profiling, session replay, or tracking cookies. We do not sell or share personal information for targeted advertising or use hunt records for marketing. We do not send marketing messages.
Information you choose to enter
To use the planner you create an account with an email and password or a sign-in provider (such as Google). We store your account email and name, plus the hunts, dates, calendar events, point balances, and notes you enter, on our hosted database so they are available on every device you sign in on. Each record is restricted to your account. Your sign-in session is kept in browser storage, not a tracking cookie. Email/phone details and opt-in drafts in Settings stay in your browser only; no notification enrollment is submitted.
Aggregate planner insights
The operator has a restricted admin view of registered-account totals and aggregate planner counts by state or province, species, and application status, including the number of accounts that edited planner records in the last 30 days. It uses records already saved to the service, not additional activity tracking. This view does not show customer names, emails, notes, or individual hunt records, and is not available to other customers.
Hosting and necessary operations
Opening the site sends requests to its hosting infrastructure, which may process IP addresses, browser request details, and operational/security logs. The site's editor and preview are separate platform services with their own practices. This application notice does not promise that the hosting platform or editor sets no cookies or keeps no logs. Published-site platform behavior and retention must be assessed before launch.
Optional reminders, when activated
Sending an opted-in reminder will require securely storing its destination, channel consent, and relevant hunt date, and sharing only necessary information with delivery providers. SMS providers/carriers may receive your number and message; email providers may receive your address and content. Delivery and opt-out records may be necessary for compliance. No such sending is currently active. This notice must be updated with the actual providers and retention practices before activation.
Your choices and retention
View and correct records in the planner. Export a backup, restore a backup, or erase your account's planner records from Settings. Planner records are kept until you delete them or your account is closed; account closure requests go through support@taggedhunt.com. Protect downloaded backups: they contain your planner records and are not encrypted. Contact preferences and agreement records are intentionally excluded from planner backups.
Security
Account data is protected by sign-in and per-account access rules. Sign out on shared devices. Avoid entering sensitive credentials or identity documents in notes. No security measure guarantees complete protection. Future notification processing must use verified destinations before sending.
Adults only
The service is intended only for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly solicit children's personal information. Do not enter another person's contact details without their permission.
Rights and applicable law
Depending on your jurisdiction and which laws apply, you may have rights to access, correct, export, delete, restrict, or object to personal-information processing, withdraw consent, and complain to a regulator. Rights are not conditioned on unnecessary tracking or payment. Send privacy requests to support@taggedhunt.com.
