Terms of Service

Tagged is operated by Atlas Growth Labs LLC ("we", "us"). These terms govern the personal hunting planner. Review them before use. You accept these terms when you create an account.

Eligibility

This service is for adults age 18 or older. Do not use it if you are under 18. You must also meet all separate hunting, licensing, and agency eligibility requirements.

Your workspace and content

You retain ownership of the information you enter. It is saved to your account so it is available on every device you sign in on. Keep your password private, sign out on shared devices, and export a backup in Settings if you want your own copy. Do not enter passwords, payment details, identity documents, or sensitive license identifiers in notes.

Personal organization, not an official application

Tagged does not submit applications, purchase permits, issue tags, or guarantee that you receive a hunt. Verify dates, point totals, regulations, eligibility, and payment requirements directly with the relevant wildlife agency. Copied annual dates require review. See the Hunting Disclaimer.

Privacy and permitted use

We do not add customer analytics, advertising trackers, session replay, or application cookies. See the Privacy Policy and Cookies & Local Storage Notice. Use the service lawfully, respect others' rights, and follow our Acceptable Use Policy.

Optional communications

Email and SMS reminders are planned but are not sending yet. Supplying an address or phone number is not consent. Each channel needs an independent opt-in before activation. No push notifications or marketing messages are offered. See Notification Terms.

Fees and third parties

No checkout or subscription billing is currently offered. Any future paid offering must disclose prices, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms before purchase. Carrier charges may apply to text messages if activated. Agency websites and service providers have their own terms.

Availability and liability

The planner is provided as available, without a guarantee of uninterrupted access, accuracy, storage recovery, reminder delivery, or fitness for a particular hunt. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential losses arising from use, including missed applications and lost data. Nothing here excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Intellectual property and ending use

The service's software and branding remain the property of their owners. You may stop using it at any time and erase your planner records in Settings. We may restrict misuse or discontinue the service, subject to applicable law. Erasing planner records does not delete independently held hosting or provider logs.

Changes and disputes

Material changes will be identified by a revised version and presented for review where appropriate. Mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected. No specific governing state or court venue is designated in this draft pending confirmation of the operator's jurisdiction.
